Jackson is approaching completion of the Broadbridge Heath Major Highways Improvement Scheme on behalf of West Sussex County Council.
The key aim of the scheme is to reduce the impact of through traffic movement between the A281 and Broadbridge Heath Village.
Jackson have constructed a new connector road which diverts Billinghurst Road away from the Newbridge Roundabout.
The team have also downgraded the old C622 old Broadbridge bypass to a single lane route and installed a new cycling lane.
Between the Superstore roundabout and Farthings Hill, the existing duel carriageway has also been narrowed to a single lane and a new cycling lane provided.
When complete, the scheme will allow for a new, off road, combined footway/cycleway linking Newbridge Roundabout to Farthings Hill Junction.
Throughout this project the team have worked closely with West Sussex County Council to minimise disruption to the traveling public.
