Throughout 2019, our employees haven’t just been civil engineers, they’ve been part of raising over £38.4k for charities across England through the One Group Construction Foundation Days initiative.
Foundation Days were introduced in 2017 to each employee under One Group Construction. This initiative gives employees the opportunity to take a day out to support a worthy cause. This could be anything from giving a local scout hut a lick of paint, volunteering at a local community centre, or helping with a charity event. The Foundation will also support each individual with a donation.
How did they do it?
